Position: Project Coordinator(Quantity Takeoffs)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: M-F 9am to 5pm MST
Salary Range: USD/month

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support both initial project takeoffs and deeper-funnel project coordination. This role is designed to create redundancy enabling current team members to take on more advanced responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 23 years of relevant experience strong Bluebeam skills excellent organization and clear English communication.

Key responsibilities:

Project takeoffs

  • Perform initial project takeoffs by reviewing PDF plans and completing accurate quantity takeoffs.

  • Use Bluebeam to measure survey and document project requirements.

Project coordination support

  • Assist with deeper-funnel project tasks including detail requests submittal signatures and general project coordination.

  • Support the development of independent redundant project-handling workflows to strengthen operational coverage.

Collaboration & workflow

  • Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintain clear documentation and organized tracking of all project-related activities.

  • Adapt to changing priorities while supporting structured workflows.

Requirements:

Hard skills

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and plan surveys.

  • Ability to read and interpret PDF plans for project execution.

  • Familiarity with architectural components such as doors and trim.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.

Soft skills

  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects.

  • Excellent English communication skills for interacting with suppliers vendors and customers.

  • Reliable self-motivatedand capable of supporting structured and evolving workflows.
