Primary Details

Your New Role:

• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
• Regularly collect compile and analyse market information to share with the team.
• Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries.
• Support the tracking reporting and analyse the teams referrals backlogs and productivity.
• Be the digital ambassador of the team.
• Recommend initiatives to streamline policies and processes.
• Provide interpretation and advice on policies processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases.
• Deliver business results by meeting operational KPIs and ensuring risk awareness and governance.

About You:

• Fresh graduates with Engineering degrees ideally in Civil Chemical or Electrical disciplines.
• Be fluent in English and able to articulate ideas confidently.
• Be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
• Strong Knowledge in Excel is always an added advantage
• Experience with underwriting and insurance coursework.
