The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and specialized aftersales team at our Zaragoza plant a global leader in the manufacturing of power transformers.
As an Aftersales Engineer you will be the technical and commercial point of contact for our customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role does not involve on-site repairs but focuses on expert advice and technical support giving you a comprehensive view of our business.
To excel in this position you will need strong technical knowledge customer orientation and analytical skills. You will learn by working closely with experienced professionals contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.

How youll make an impact
Manage technical and commercial aftersales inquiries.
Analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Support the preparation of aftersales offers.
Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Your background
Degree in Electrical Electronic or similar Engineering.
Initial experience in industrial or technical environments.
Basic knowledge of power transformers and electrical systems.
Strong communication skills and customer focus.
Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
