About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ABC as a Product Analyst using audience data to uncover insights that drive the evolution of our digital products.
Youll explore how audiences engage with our platforms and turn those insights into creative ideas that improve user experiences. Working with Product Content and Design teams and supported by Audience Insights & Analytics and Audience & Marketing Data teams youll help shape strategic improvements that make a real impact.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the Insights Manager Digital Product Audience Insights & Analytics and Audience & Marketing Data teams to conduct in-depth quantitative research on how audiences engage with ABC Digital Products.
Turn data into actionable insights that reveal strategic growth opportunities and help shape the future of ABC Digital Products.
Work with multidisciplinary ABC teams to design run and report on experiments that optimise audience experiences across ABC Digital Products.
Create maintain and share clear engaging documentation of analytic and experimental research and deliver presentations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide insights data and research expertise to support ABC Digital Products and help foster a culture of experimentation measurement and continuous improvement.
Support the ABC Digital Products with insights data and research expertise to help bolster the growing culture of experimentation and measurement
About You
Extensive experience in digital analytics and research ideally within a media organisation with a strong focus on customer-driven data insights.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (such as data science business analytics or behavioural sciences) with demonstrated practical application or equivalent skills knowledge and experience.
Proven track record in experimental design analysis and reporting within relevant disciplines like product research market research psychology or human behavioural sciences.
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate research findings and analytic outcomes in writing verbally and visually to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly advanced skills in SQL for accessing and modelling large datasets and proficiency in Python or other advanced analytics tools to analyse and visualise data.
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint Word Teams and SharePoint to manage analyse and present information effectively.
Hands on experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau to create insights and drive data informed decision making.
Strong ability to anticipate business needs identify opportunities and deliver solutions that add value across teams and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in diverse teams and represent the ABC confidently in industry forums and working groups.
