DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and well-connected ecosystem builder to join our Ecosystem team in Latin America. This person will play a key role in strengthening Oracles presence in the regional innovation landscape with a primary focus on identifying attracting and onboarding high-potential startups that can benefit from Oracles technology and go-to-market programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position Oracle as a relevant player in the startup and innovation ecosystem across Latin America.
- Identify and engage early- and growth-stage startups that are AI-enabled or cloud-native and could benefit from Oracles cloud infrastructure and business programs.
- Represent Oracle at ecosystem events demo days innovation summits and startup meetups in key regional hubs (e.g. Mexico City Bogotá Buenos Aires).
- Build and manage relationships with accelerators incubators VC-backed startups and innovation hubs to ensure constant deal flow and visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with sale marketing s and technical teams
- Organize and support startup-centric events such as AI demo days Café com IA community meetups and webinars to drive engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing and sales enablement teams to support success stories and co-selling opportunities with high-potential startups.
ResponsibilitiesActs as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
