DescriptionJoin our Test Development group within the Research and Development Engineering team as a Staff Test Development Engineer in Debrecen Hungary. In this role you will contribute to designing and implementing test solutions for innovative products ensuring quality and reliability throughout the development process.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing test solutions (software hardware) for new NI products
- Evaluating measurement coverage and reliability
- Understanding circuitry and functionality of new products
- Troubleshooting and solving problems related to test development
- Collaborating closely with product developers and cross-functional teams
- Maintaining proactive communication with internal stakeholders
- Supporting trial productions and assisting with production-related developments
Who You Are:
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or related field
- 3 years of experience in the electronics industry
- Knowledge of measurement technology
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (professional working level)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in hardware test development
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and TestStand
- Programming knowledge (e.g. Python C/C)
- Experience in designing building and troubleshooting circuits
- Knowledge of NI products
