Client Care Coordinator
Full-Time Brooklyn NY
Pay Range: $22-24 per hour

As a Client Care Coordinator youll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Coordinating and updating client schedules services and caregiver assignments while ensuring accuracy in documentation billing and payroll.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries service concerns and incident reporting ensuring timely follow-up escalation and resolution.

  • Supporting caregiver performance through coaching documentation time-off coordination and collaboration with HR on corrective actions when needed.

  • Monitoring daily service delivery to ensure caregivers arrive complete assignments and remain compliant with regulatory contractual and company standards.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support client and caregiver retention initiatives streamline workflows and ensure consistent high-quality care experience.


What is required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Experience in home care health services or a related client-facing role (preferred.)

  • Ability to manage complex scheduling operations and multitask effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

  • Familiarity with home care scheduling systems and strong documentation and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to confidentiality professionalism and adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.
