Job Summary

What Youll Do:

As a Paint Cell Operator youll be responsible for preparing coating and finishing parts with precision and care. Your tasks will include:

Cleaning and maskingparts to protect areas from overspray during blasting peening or painting
Grit blastingcomponents to clean or prepare surfaces for coating
Applying dry film lubricants and paintsto hardware using proper techniques
Unmasking and cleaningparts after coating to prepare for shipment or the next operation
Followingtechnical drawings blueprints and process instructions
Maintaining asafe clean and organized work area
Supporting other production tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:

18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass abackground checkandDOT drug screening
Must be aU.S. Personunder ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport birth certificate permanent resident card or naturalization certificate)
Available to workWeekend shift (Fri-Sun 9AM-9:30PM)
Note: Training will take place Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM
Dependable detail-focused and eager to learn and grow
