Responsibilities
Serves as a role model of excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice. Administers staff development programs through needs assessment and implementation of education and training programs for Clinical staff. Responsibilities involve unit specific patient population education orientation nurse internship and in-service programs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Bachelors in Nursing from an Accredited College or University.
2. Minimum (3) years experience in clinical area.
3. Demonstrates ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent
4. Effective analytical and organizational skill as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED:
1. Masters Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University.
2. Certification in Specialty area.
