Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift Thursday to Saturday 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $30$38 per hour

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
- Accurately document patient care in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state-specific or compact as applicable).
- Minimum experience as required by the facility.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.
