Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Logistics!
In this role The Logistics Business Analyst/SME enables data-driven decision-making enhances delivery performance and leads automation and optimization initiatives. This role requires exceptional analytical skills deep subject matter expertise in logistics and hands-on experience with advanced systems and tools.
Responsibilities
Analyze critical KPIs such as OTIF TAT freight cost and route performance.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective actions.
Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
Support TMS/WMS enhancements user acceptance testing (UAT) and process documentation.
Standardize SOPs and drive capability-building initiatives across teams.
Lead automation and optimization projects to improve cost efficiency and speed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Mechanical or related) OR
Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or Business Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel Power BI and other analytics tools.
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities.
Hands-on experience with logistics systems (TMS/WMS).
Expertise in process mapping and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Additional certifications in Data Analytics Power BI or Logistics Systems are an advantage.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
