About the Role
Were seeking a polished proactive and highly organised Reception & Accreditations Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of Connective. This role blends front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support for our Credit Services and wider business teams. Its also an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who has studied in financial services and is looking to step into their first professional role in the industry.
Youll ensure visitors callers and brokers experience seamless professional service while keeping our accreditation processes moving efficiently and accurately behind the scenes. This is a role for someone who is always one step ahead thrives on detail and takes pride in maintaining a polished and professional environment.
What Youll Do
Reception & Customer Experience
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls responding promptly and professionally.
Welcome visitors warmly and ensure reception and meeting spaces are consistently clean polished and ready for use.
Prepare meeting rooms daily including checking calendars setting up refreshments and ensuring rooms reflect our high standards.
Coordinate mail parcels couriers catering and stationery orders with initiative and accuracy.
Accreditation Administration
Process broker and lender accreditations accurately and within required timeframes.
Manage the accreditation inbox triaging requests and supporting brokers with clear confident communication.
Maintain records within Microsoft Dynamics and uphold strong attention to detail across all processing tasks.
Team & Business Support
Work closely with the Credit Services Sales Support Connective Lending and Connective Asset Finance teams.
Assist with accreditation reports and administrative projects as needed.
Take initiative to keep workflows moving and identify potential process gaps that need attention.
What Were Looking For
Minimum Year 12 qualification.
12 years experience in reception or administration.
Impeccable professional presentation and communication skills.
Strong organisational ability with confidence in managing competing priorities.
A proactive forward-thinking mindset someone who anticipates needs solves problems early and takes ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
