Whatyoulldo:
Set up classroomsfor demonstrations and prepare and copy written material for classes
Assistteachers and students with demonstrations including school functions asrequired including after hours (if applicable)
Assistin the creation of a CARA (Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment) database for Food Technology and Hospitality Practices classes
Source andpurchasesupplies forFood Technology Hospitality Practices and other
textile classes using Coles and/or Woolworths online ordering
Ensurestudentwork areas and equipment are cleanandcomplete regular stocktakeprocess includingstock rotations by use by date
Balance petty cash and arrange for reimbursement asrequired

Demonstrated ability and experience in the safe operation of a kitchen
Advanced cooking and kitchen management skills
A warm patient and proactive approach to working with children
Great communication organisation and teamwork skills
A current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification
