The Role (Key Responsibilities)

• Floor Leadership: Lead the charge during high-volume shifts ensuring seamless guest recovery and brand-standard execution.
• Team Development: Direct coaching of FOH/BOH teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Operational Oversight: Manage labor targets scheduling and weekly inventory routines (COGS).
• Financial Literacy: Dive into the P&L managing comps and voids while understanding the why behind the numbers.
• Systems Management: Utilize tools like HotSchedules and R365 to maintain operational efficiency.
