Responsibilities

Performs operational and administrative duties to assist in the coordination of Operational Clinical Quality and Educational initiatives within patient care department(s) supporting very large or multiple department units/cost centers. Leads departmental operations assistants in the coordination of support for departmental and service-line projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare related field.

2. Demonstrated ability to prioritize organize exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.

3. Demonstrated problem solving organizational technical analytical and decision making abilities.

4. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Access)

6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize organize exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.

7. Ability to work effectively with others as a team communicate effectively and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.

PREFERRED

1. Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.
2. Prior project / system implementation experience.

7:30-4:00
