Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care for seniors in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing grooming and bathing.
• Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Help clients stay active and engaged in daily activities.

Requirements:

• Must complete State required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Livescan fingerprinting before orientation
• Provide current negative TB test
• Must have at least 1 year experience assisting adults with personal care including diaper changes
  • This can include assisting family members working in facilities or in-home care
