Who are we looking for
Were seeking a Location Intelligence Analyst to join our Perth this role youll provide technical Spatial Science and Location Intelligence services and advice supporting the LI Team and the broader GHD business. Were looking for someone who is eager to learn collaborate and growno need to know it all from day one. If youre a hard worker who enjoys solving problems and working with others we want to hear from you.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Develop and deliver location intelligence products and services following compliance and quality assurance standards.
- With support from the LI Team Lead engage with clients to identify insights and opportunities contributing to the teams pipeline and future business developmentwithout the pressure to be a BD expert.
- Collaborate with the LI Team and Regional Lead to support GHDs business goals and KPIs.
- Contribute to the growth and performance of LI capabilities including workflow design automation solution implementation and administration of spatial databases and web mapping environments.
- Lead proposal preparation including input collation writing and technical documentation.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree in Spatial Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar industries.
- Highly developed communication skills both oral and written with an open and collaborative approach.
- Experience with ESRI GIS Software Suite.
- Technical project management skills.
- Experience in bids and proposal preparation.
- Client engagement and relationship management.
- Remote sensing and GIS development skills (preferable but not required).
