Job Summary
Wix is looking for a visual designer with a sharp eye for mobile-first content and a strong sense of storytelling thats tailored to todays fast-moving social platforms. Youll be creating bold engaging visuals that bring Wixs creative tools and features to life crafting visually compelling narratives that align with current trends aiming to inspire a diverse community of creators.
In your day-to-day youll:
Take full ownership of creative projects from initial concept to final delivery
Design visual assets for social channels (IG TT LI and more) and keep our content on-brand while adapting it for different platforms and formats
Turn product features into attention-grabbing story-driven content
Collaborate closely with content strategists copywriters and video editors
Bring fresh trend-aware creative thinking to everything you do
Use a data-first approach by reviewing performance metrics and improving the design based on those insights
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a professional design setting with hands-on experience in motion design and/or video editingespecially for social-first mobile content
Proficiency in After Effects Premiere Photoshop Illustrator Figma Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant image-making and motion tools
Multidisciplinary approach with expertise in web design motion and visual storytelling across multiple digital formats
An ability to dissect and understand a brands DNA and its target audience
An innovative conceptual thinker whos curious self-motivated eager to learn and has excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with AI tools or 3D design an advantage
A portfolio showcasing design work

Expected base compensation salary range $85000 - $ 110000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed shift candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
