Job Summary
Securitas Security is seeking a dependable and motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role is responsible for leading security officers ensuring post coverage maintaining a safe and professional environment and serving as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
Details:
This is an overnight position - Monday through Friday 8PM-4AM
Pay is $28 per hour
Site is located in Woburn MA
Key Responsibilities
Supervise coach and support a team of security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism
Ensure all posts are staffed and officers are following site-specific policies and procedures
Conduct patrols inspections and audits to maintain safety and compliance
Serve as the on-site liaison between the client and management
Prepare and submit incident reports shift logs and other required documentation
Respond to emergencies incidents and client concerns in a calm and effective manner
Assist with training and mentoring new hires
Enforce company standards safety protocols and code of conduct
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
Prior security supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Basic computer skills (email reports scheduling systems)
Ability to stand walk and patrol for extended periods
