Job Summary

The Operations Administrator assists in maintaining the overall flow of workplace operations. They are the central point of contact and support all departments at the BP Store Support Center. This role will keep track of essential contact information assigned projects invoicing reporting and recordkeeping. Essential job functions will vary from day to day based on business need.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Retrieve data to prepare various daily weekly and monthly reports
  • Distribute communication to the Operations Team regarding customer inquiries electronically and by phone
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Coordinate schedules meeting and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence and other materials
  • Assist in managing P-card and expense reports
  • Order fulfillment for new/existing stores and Store Support Center.
  • Assist in new store setup  
  • Prepare reports memos letters of direction and other forms as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years related administrative experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Motivated to learn can work individually or as part of a team.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to learn to use new software as required

Additional Information :

Compensation: $18/hr - $24/hr - Full-Time
