Job Summary
Our Process Group Leader AD leads a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team providing both technical and disciplinary guidance:
- Promotes effective communication and teamwork leading by example.
- Ensures project execution meets timelines budgets and quality standards while actively participating in project tasks.
- Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB PFD PIDs control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
- Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
- Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
- Contributes to the creation of guidelines specifications and internal directives ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- 10 years experience in the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production including 3 years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
- Strong decision-making skills capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
