The Core SAB Product Manager is the voice of the market within SBS. They define the WHAT (what needs to be built) and support technical and marketing teams on the HOW. Their role is to understand customer needs analyse the competition define the product strategy and ensure the commercial and operational success of Core SAB solutions.
Product Management activities also take place in the specific context of a Foundation product that is a leader in the French Core Banking market serving as a growth driver for SBS offerings that leverage this client base to expand in France. The Core SAB Product Managers role also includes bringing together SBSs various value propositions around Core Banking to highlight added value for clients and thus support the development of SBSs different offerings.
Main Responsibilities
- Market Understanding: Engage with clients identify needs and pain points and monitor regulatory changes.
- Product Strategy: Contribute to roadmap development assess new opportunities (including cross-sell with other SBS offerings) identify target markets and build business plans.
- Go-to-Market: Prepare the launch of new offerings (pricing communication sales enablement) monitor adoption and profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing Sales R&D Support Services and other product lines to ensure consistency and impact.
- External Relations: Participate in and lead certain activities with the user club and take part in pre-sales efforts.
This position is based in France or Lebanon.

- Strong cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) professional English appreciated.
