EMEA Supply Chain Digital Analytics & Platform Lead (m/f/d)

About the role:

The EMEA Supply Chain Digital Analytics & Platform Lead is a key role at the forefront of digital transformation data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This position empowers the EMEA Supply Chain organization by delivering advanced analytics robust reporting and innovative digital platform solutions that enhance visibility agility and efficiency across regional operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to the GCS Teams the Lead converts complex data into actionable insights drives AI-enabled initiatives and champions digital adoption and continuous improvement across the T1-T4 operations in EMEA region.

IBP Digitalisation

• Drive the evolution from traditional S&OP (volume and supply-focused) to a fully integrated IBP process that is value- and strategy-driven across EMEA. This transformation is enabled through a tailored digital solution featuring intuitive dashboards advanced analytics robust data governance and compelling executive storytelling.

• Define and deliver incremental improvements to dashboards and analytics underpinned by strong master data governance to:

  • Enable dynamic scenario modelling

  • Integrate financial metrics for unit and $ alignment

  • Support portfolio and mix optimisation

  • Correlate business drivers (pricing access NPL regulatory events market share) with supply chain KPIs

• Automate Executive Storytelling: Eliminate manual effort by automating the creation of standardised executive-ready IBP decks for leadership reviews at market cluster and regional levels.

  • Operational alignment topics (legacy S&OP)

  • Strategic and financial priorities (IBP)

  • Financial reconciliation translating planning outputs into credible projections

• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with markets and cluster leads to close the CI loop integrating real-time feedback and refining dashboards analytics and storytelling as the transformation progresses.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design own and continuously evolve regional supply chain dashboards and Visual Management capabilities (e.g. OTIF forecast accuracy inventory health cost-to-serve) across the T1-T4 operations.

• Automate and optimise recurring reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover bottlenecks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.

• Transform trends and insights into clear actionable recommendations that influence strategic planning and operational excellence.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of metric definitions across business units and geographies.

Digital Platform Leadership & AI Innovation

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions (e.g. machine learning models predictive analytics) to optimise supply chain performance using platforms such as AWS AI Services and Microsoft Azure AI.

• Design and deliver digital capability-building programmes fostering a culture of best practice and innovation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the IMEX ecosystem.

• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends (e.g. autonomous supply chains) to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with EMEA stakeholders global supply chain teams and external technology providers to harmonise data requirements and reporting tools.

• Support regional performance reviews and executive updates with compelling visuals and narratives.

• Engage senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and deliver tailored digital and analytics solutions.

• Act as PMO for assigned sub-regions within EMEA overseeing SAP enhancements and digital transformation projects.

Data Management & Governance

• Ensure data integrity consistency and timeliness across SAP ERP and planning systems.

• Align with global data governance frameworks and master data standards.

• Collaborate closely with global supply chain intelligence teams and data solutions managers to maintain best-in-class data practices.

This role will work in close partnership with the rest of EMEA Platform Service Team and will interact with several GSC teams: EMEA Cluster Leads EMEA Market Ops Managers EMEA GSC Market Leads and EMEA Customer Service Teams.

About you:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Analytics Digital Systems or related field.

• Experience: 8 years in analytics reporting or digital platform roles within regional or global supply chain settings (pharmaceutical experience preferred). Relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning (with a large focus in Demand Planning logistic and customer service

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tableau Power BI Excel SQL SAP Anaplan and cloud data platforms (Snowflake Azure SAP HANA). Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and digital transformation initiatives.

• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Skilled in driving collaboration and alignment in a matrixed multicultural environment.

• Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to craft and deliver compelling data-driven narratives to senior leadership and diverse audiences.

• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach.

• Skilled in project management and capable of presenting complex issues clearly to all levels of management.

• Data Management: Experience working with large complex datasets across multiple countries.
