Group Product Manager Vendor Management

We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager to join the Vendor team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

What Youll Do

• Domain Ownership & Strategy: Define and champion the long-term product vision strategy and roadmap for your assigned product domain. This involves identifying market opportunities understanding user needs and aligning product initiatives with overall company goals.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead mentor and grow a team of product managers. Foster a high-performance collaborative and user-centric culture within your team. Provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members excel.

• Product Discovery: Conduct extensive user research market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities validate hypotheses and uncover deeper insights into customer pain points and desires.

• Feature Definition & Prioritization: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria. Effectively prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact technical feasibility and business value.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design data science marketing sales and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launch. Drive alignment and effective communication across all stakeholders.

• Technical Acumen: Develop a solid understanding of the technical architecture and challenges relevant to your product domain. Be able to engage in technical discussions and make informed trade-off decisions.

• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product portfolio analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the impact of launched features.

• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy progress and results to senior leadership internal teams and external partners. Manage expectations and build strong relationships.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a Group Product Manager or equivalent leadership role managing other product managers.

• Proven experience in leading product development for complex software products B2B SaaS consumer applications or marketplace solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to use data to inform product decisions identify trends and measure success.

• Exceptional leadership communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills capable of inspiring and guiding a team while building strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
