We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design development and delivery of automation solutions across our hybrid infrastructure. This role is key to driving automation maturity improving operational efficiency and enabling self-service capabilities across regions. You will collaborate with global product owners cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and innovative solutions that support Experians transformation goals.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the development and maintenance of platform automation including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation.
- Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions across technical and delivery functions ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Drive the evolution of self-service capabilities through ServiceNow development and integration.
- Collaborate with product owners engineering teams and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement in automation quality performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Contribute to strategic planning and automation roadmaps in alignment with transformation goals.
Qualifications :
What You will bring:
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure/platform automation within medium to large-scale environments.
- Expertise with automation toolsets such as Terraform Ansible Postman Bruno and Git.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell Python YAML and Git workflows.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and automation integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Harness) and container orchestration (Docker Kubernetes Amazon EKS).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban LeSS).
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently innovate and drive initiatives forward.
