Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Float
Location: Ashburn VA 20148
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50$54 per hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) for a float this role the Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services across assigned locations supporting patients/students in enhancing functional abilities independence and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living motor sensory and cognitive skills
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams caregivers and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations progress notes and treatment records
Modify therapy plans based on patient progress and changing needs
Provide coverage and support across multiple sites as part of a float assignment
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work environments
