What youll be doing:

Provide professional friendly and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners with spa and hotel information.
Performand 120-minute massage treatments ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout.
Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to each Guests individual needs and expectations.
Maintain a clean hygienic and organized work environment ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in safe working order.
Support other areas of the Spa operation including body treatments product knowledge and retail sales.
Follow all departmental safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
Certification from an accredited massage therapy school and current professional license(s) required; dual licensure is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Highly responsible and reliable; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Ability to remain focused on guest needs while maintaining a calm courteous and professional demeanor.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedulethis is not an on-call position. W-4 employment is required

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing bending and reaching throughout the shift.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
Occasional kneeling pushing pulling sitting and climbing stairs ramps or ladders.
