Were looking for an IT PMO Lead to support one of our CIB clients. The PMO Lead plays a key role in overseeing the IT project portfolio budget ensuring consistency with both local and Head Office standards while following established tools processes and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate budget time-tracking and resource data across global portfolio management systems
- Oversee the AMER IT budget including spend tracking across all IT teams and initiatives
- Review and monitor time-tracking practices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and enhance budget management dashboards (PBI) to support visibility and decision-making
- Ensure IT governance standards are consistently applied across AMER teams through regular reviews
- Coordinate IT project portfolio reporting for various steering committees and stakeholders
- Track and manage CPN1 Drive Controls across projects to uphold project management standards
- Support the overall IT project portfolio by maintaining tools and promoting best practices including Jira usage

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a CIO Office or PMO role with a strong focus on budget oversight and financial tracking
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus particularly for reporting and dashboarding
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies especially Agile frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Prior exposure to the banking or financial services environment is preferred
