As a Captain / Chef de Rang youre not just leading a section youre curating an unforgettable dining journey. With your confident leadership and team spirit youll guide the service team to deliver seamless high-energy service that surprises and delights.
To truly immerse our guests in a convivial and engaging atmosphere it is essential that you know our menu and restaurant narrative inside out. This knowledge allows you to bring storytelling into the experience offering personalized suggestions and making every guest feel like a VIP.
Your key missions:
Supervise the service team to ensure smooth elevated dining experiences.
Own your section from welcoming guests and taking orders to delivering Beverage & Food with charisma and style.
Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and showcase our culinary identity.
Handle guest checks and secure accurate payments.
Maintain impeccable table settings and complete daily side duties assigned by the Venue Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure the dining area and service equipment remain in top condition.

You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You should be highly motivated
BAC PRO//CFC// BTS Catering or 2 years in a similar position
You are highly motivated
Real interest in the worlds of taste sound body scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
