The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and be available to work a flexible schedule. This role supports the grab-and-go concept with responsibilities including cashiering food preparation barista service and delivering orders to guest rooms. Experience in food handling in-room dining cashiering or barista work is preferred. Hotel background food handler certification and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis are a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance their hospitality career with training provided for those willing to learn.
Shift Pattern: Full-time availability is required to support morning mid-day and evening shifts. Shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM and end as late as 1:302:00 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is also required.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour plus tips.

What will I be doing
As a Food and Beverage Cashier you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from the dining outlet
- Accurately total process and collect payments from guests including using the point-of-sale system handling money processing credit and debit cards making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns enlisting the assistance of a supervisor if necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms for in-room dining service
- Serve as a barista preparing coffee and specialty beverages
