Education
Required - Bachelors degree of science in public health business or related field.
Preferred - Masters degree of public health healthcare administration or business administration.
Work Experience
Required - 3 years of experience in healthcare operations finance or related field.
Preferred - 2 years of experience in supervision or management.
1 year of experience in project management data management change management or process improvement.

Job Duties
Manages develops retains and inspires an engaged workforce.
Designs education and training to support program outcomes.
Ensures operational profitability through effective budgeting and resource management.
Manages the physical and technological infrastructure and supports organizational structures.
Actively leads project efforts through the entire project lifecycle including initiating planning executing monitoring controlling and closing.
Enables an effective project communication strategy through active communications with project stakeholders.
Maintains physician database to create a vehicle for sourcing partnership prospects drives projects and manages partnership relationships.
Leads impactful strategic initiatives ensuring program goals are achieved within budgetary time and organizational parameters.
Leads program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to the project team and critical interfacing with senior management.
Performs other related duties as required.
