Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries including phone email text or in person to assure the customer is handled properly.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred but willing to train and will be required to complete ongoing GM and company training
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills. Communication with customers fellow teammates and management
Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency and strong computer skills is required
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Must be willing to submit to a background check
