Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Transition / Change Manager to support organizational and operational transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving effective change across ways of working culture and workforce planning while supporting demand inventory and delivery planning functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change and transition initiatives supporting organizational and cultural transformation.
- Develop execute and report on demand inventory purchase and delivery plans.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to meet profitability customer coverage and inventory goals.
- Gather audit and validate data related to demand and inventory planning.
- Prepare reports dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
- Publish regular reporting updates for management and stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning and transition activities where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of directly relevant experience.
OR equivalent combinations:- Masters 4 years
- PhD or Law 3 years
- Associates 6 years
- High School 7 years
- Experience as a Change Manager or Transition Manager in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in organizational change ways of working and culture change initiatives.
- Experience supporting large organizational transformations.
- Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workforce planning initiatives.
- Background working with large complex organizations.
