Summary
The Registered Behavioral Tech Lead is a detail-oriented and proactive person who has either their RBT or BCaBA credentials to support the smooth and efficient operation of our ABA team. This role focuses on leadership and staff coordination ensuring high levels of team engagement & operational excellence as well as clinical responsibilities. The role will be a balance of clinical & administrative duties. The person in this role must have strong organizational skills excellent communication and a passion for supporting Registered Behavioral Technicians through effective team leadership and engagement.
