Description
As a Commercial Excellence Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific you will drive operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness across Taiwan. This role focuses on channel management sales force effectiveness data intelligence and strategic projects ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling data-driven decisions. You will partner with sales leadership finance and cross-functional teams to implement best practices optimize processes and deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain channel operation SOPs and standardized distributor agreements
- Implement performance tracking tools and reporting frameworks
- Drive annual deployment plans and monthly performance reviews for dealers
- Support sales force effectiveness initiatives including account planning funnel health reviews and win-rate analysis
- Manage data intelligence projects including dashboard refreshes pipeline updates and reporting enhancements
- Collaborate on strategic projects such as process improvement and training programs
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and continuous improvement across commercial processes
Requirements
- Masters degree with 8 years of experience in sales operations commercial excellence or related functions
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems () and BI tools (Power BI Excel)
- Solid analytical and financial skills with experience in quota management territory alignment and sales planning
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Excellent project management communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization and translating data into actionable insights
