Your Role:
As a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for customers delivering professional high-quality support and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Slovak-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Provide clear friendly and solution-focused assistance
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Slovak speaker
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
