Job Title: Psychologist (Licensed)
Reports to: Campus Life Department
Job Purpose
Provide professional psychological counseling and mental health support services to students contributing to their well-being personal development and overall campus life experience in accordance with approved professional standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychological counseling services to students.

Conduct psychological assessments evaluations and case documentation as required.

Develop intervention plans and provide appropriate therapeutic support.

Refer cases to external specialists or medical providers when necessary and follow up accordingly.
-
Maintain confidential student counseling records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
-
Coordinate with Campus Life and relevant university departments to support student well-being initiatives.
-
Participate in awareness programs workshops and preventive mental health campaigns.
-
Prepare reports and statistics related to counseling services and student mental health trends.

Ensure compliance with professional ethics Saudi regulations and university policies.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Psychology (Masters degree preferred).

Professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychological counseling (preferably in educational institutions).

Knowledge of mental health practices counseling techniques and student development needs.

Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills.
