- 24 years of experience combining engineering and growth experimentation
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in JavaScript TypeScript or Python
- Experience working with frontend and/or backend systems
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach Upwork bidding Apollo or similar outbound tools
- Solid understanding of growth funnels outbound sales and lead generation strategies
- Experience with analytics tracking and experimentation frameworks including A/B testing
- Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel Amplitude GA4 and Segment
- Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Knowledge of email deliverability outreach automation and campaign optimization
- Ability to move fast execute independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior startup or agency growth experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Build run and iterate on growth experiments across product and outbound channels
- Automate and optimize outbound workflows using tools such as LinkedIn Upwork Apollo or similar platforms
- Design implement and continuously improve lead acquisition and conversion funnels
- Set up tracking analytics and performance dashboards to measure growth impact
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering teams to align growth initiatives
- Rapidly prototype test and ship growth-focused features and experiments
- Analyze experiment results derive insights and iterate based on data and performance metrics
