| Duties and Responsibilities | Partner & Market Analysis: Monitor market developments prepare investment notes analyze partner financials and credit ratings and maintain portfolio health. Risk & Compliance: Collaborate with Risk on CAM/CCM data manage loss analysis and ensure RBI/auditor reporting compliance. Financial Management: Lead monthly P&L analysis forecasting Anaplan inputs service fee calculations incentive analysis and PF invoicing. Product Oversight: Prepare booking/payout summaries MIS reports monthly decks and business snapshots; manage rate revisions policy updates and technology enhancements. Operations Support: Oversee partner onboarding documentation payout reconciliation loan cancellations and treasury coordination for fund provision. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Expertise in P&L management Knowledge of credit rating agencies risk assessment and RBI reporting. Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to collaborate across Risk Finance Ops and Treasury functions. |
