32535 - 33987 per annum inclusive of the high cost area supplement. This is a fixed term position for 1 year.
This post may attract a market supplement to facilitate salary alignment with current equivalent AfC pay grade if applicable.

The Childrens Health Information Service (CHIS) Team forms a foundational part of the 019 service delivery.

The Job
As a Clinical Support Worker youll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care across the borough. Working alongside the Skill mix of Health Visitors School Nurses Registered Nurses Nursery Nurses and other skilled professionals youll help assess health needs and contribute to services that make a real difference to individuals and the wider community.
Youll work flexibly across Newhams diverse localitiesincluding Childrens Centres Health Centres GP practices schools and from homeensuring services are accessible and responsive to local needs.
This is a hybrid administrative role within the Childrens Health 019 Service. The postholder will support the coordination and delivery of services across the team.
You will be required to accompany members of the Health Visiting and School Health teams as needed assisting in the delivery of services across various settings including health centres GP practices schools and community venues.
