JOB SUMMARY:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level Were looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers this is the perfect opportunity for you!
- Inventory Management:Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. Also perform cycle counts on inventory and daily cleaning tasks.
- Order Fulfillment:Process parts orders pick and pack items make hydraulic hoses and deliver parts as needed.
- Customer Interaction:Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand theirpartsneeds and provide excellent service.
- Computer/Phone Skills: Work with customers and sales reps in person and over the phone to look-up and identify necessary parts in parts diagrams and schematics. Provide superior customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:Previous warehouse and inventory experience with time spent in a mechanical parts environment will be preferred but not required.
- Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
- Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands wrists and fingers.
- Dexterity Normal
- Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
