Job Summary
As a Customer Concierge at SerraCDJR Lake Orion you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from their initial inquiry through their entire journey with our dealership. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships by attentively addressing customer needs providing expert guidance and coordinating with various departments to deliver outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and dealership departments ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Greet and assist customers both in person and via phone or email providing detailed information about vehicles services and dealership offerings.
- Schedule appointments for sales service and test drives maintaining an organized calendar to maximize efficiency.
- Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive dealership setting is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Lake Orion MI location.
