Job Title: RN 3S Comp-Med Stepdown
Location: Cincinnati OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 7:30 AM 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40$46/hour

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe high-quality nursing care to individuals and groups of patients in a progressive care/stepdown setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment specialized nursing skills and a patient-centered approach. Care is delivered through collaboration with patients families and an interdisciplinary healthcare team while adhering to professional nursing standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Provide age-appropriate culturally competent nursing care and patient education

• Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow appropriate communication protocols

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient condition

• Support professional development and maintain clinical competency

• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Education

• Diploma in Nursing (required)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License

• BLS American Heart Association

• ACLS American Heart Association
