What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science Engineering or related)
- 15 years of relevant software development experience
- 8 years in technical leadership program management or similar roles
- Exceptional program management problem-solving and communication skills with proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Strong software development background with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Demonstrated success managing and delivering large complex cross-functional programs
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a track record of ownership and follow-through
- Strategic thinker who excels at tactical executioncomfortable with both long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking
- Proven history of delivering large-scale projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and GenAI offerings
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Advanced degree in computer science computer engineering or related field
