Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range (Based on Experience):
- Minimum: $107723 - $125700
- Mid: $125700 - $143700
- Maximum: $143700 - $160232

Responsibilities
- The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing all facility operations through the Plant Operations Department including maintenance and repair of the physical plant utilities and life safety systems.
- This role also has full responsibility for capital project planning and management.
Requirements
- College degree preferred in architecture engineering construction or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare facilities experience (required)
- At least 10 years of hospital building operations and maintenance experience
- CHFM (Certified Health Care Facilities Manager) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management/supervisory experience
- Experience managing a similarly sized healthcare facility is required
- ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering) preferred; required within the first year of hire
