Job Summary
Architect and develop Gen AIbased components for IT Operations with SMEs to understand ITIL processes and translate them into Gen AI and finetune AI models for knowledge generation and resolution solution scalability and readiness for production AI components with ITSM platforms and monitoring performance benchmarking and outcome measurement against baseline metrics.
Required Skills Handson experience with Generative AI frameworksLangChain LangGraph LangFlow and model finetuning. Experience building GenAI pipelines using LangChain LangGraph multiagent orchestration LangFlow workflow design. Strong understanding of RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG Hybrid RAG BM25 embeddings rerankersAgentic RAG Prompt engineering context optimizationStrong understanding of ITIL principles Incident Problem Change Management. Experience with APIs ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow and automation in PythonFastAPI OOPSasync Streamlit REST APIs API authentication OAuth2 JWT and cloud platforms AWSAzure. Ability to identify highvalue use cases and optimize workflows.
