Job Summary
Senior Payroll Specialist (Remote / DMV based candidates)
Our client a national footprint is seeking aSenior Payroll Specialistto support and stabilize its payroll function.
This is afully remote(DMV based candidates only) role with strong leadership support excellent benefits and long-term stability. The organization values professionalism accuracy and clear communication and is looking for someone who can be a trusted owner of payroll operations.
The Role
Own day-to-day payroll processing for a multi-state employee population
Ensure payroll accuracy compliance and timely execution
Partner closely with HR and Accounting leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions
Contribute to process improvement and documentation as needed
What Theyre Looking For
Hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment
Experience with a major payroll platform (ADP preferred)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Professional communication style and steady execution
Payroll certifications and advanced systems experience are a plus but not required.
