Now Hiring: Electrical Assembler / Wiring Technician
Location: Alachua FL Full-Time On-Site Hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Put your skills to work building some of the coolest machines made in Florida massive rotary drilling rigs used around the world. As an Electrical Assembler / Wiring Technician in Alachua youll wire troubleshoot and power up equipment that drives global industries. If youre hands-on and love solving electrical challenges this may be your next move.
What Youll Do
Inspect tools before use and maintain electrical equipment and tools.
Run harnesses in and out of assemblies per drawings or work instructions.
Connect and wire components based on BOM and manufacturing systems (including AC systems).
Execute electrical connections for proper fit fastening parts and assemblies per customer specifications (including 24V).
Use voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot and verify system functionality.
Follow detailed schedules to complete electrical tasks and install special machine options.
Report electrical issues in the manufacturing system and escalate as needed.
Maintain a clean safe work environment in line with company policies.
What You Bring
Able to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
Experience with AC system installation and servicing preferred.
Familiarity with 24V systems is a plus.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl and climb throughout the workday.
Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
Wear required PPE and complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram lift test physical exam).
Comfortable working in a loud fast-paced manufacturing environment.
