Role: Copywriter (2.5 days per week)

About the role:

Join our dynamic team as we partner with a leading optical and imaging client in their B2B transformation journey. Youll be part of a multi-skilled and vibrant creative team responsible for crafting compelling copy that resonates with B2B audiences across various channels. Working in close collaboration with clients and brands youll turn complicated detailed content into clear engaging copy that drives results. This fast-paced and challenging environment offers the opportunity to make a real difference while advancing your career alongside an esteemed client.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop conceptual themes headlines and supporting copy for presentations videos and campaigns
  • Support clients in editing copy for their bids tenders and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with conceptual leads motion graphics designers and designers in idea generation
  • Develop all account copy ensuring consistency and accuracy across all messaging to agreed briefs and established brand values
  • Follow and help build a tone of voice consistent with the client throughout all copy and proactively make recommendations for project direction
  • Undertake research and develop understanding of the clients target audience and competitor products
  • Form close relationships with clients and project teams to source product information and unique selling points
  • Generate engaging business-focused content that adds value to clients decision-making processes and enhances their experience
  • Create original on-brand copy across a variety of channels to a high standard meeting tight deadlines Use briefs to translate key elements into content solutions pitching ideas and explaining reasoning

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Expert in writing for B2B communications with ability to turn complex content into clear engaging copy
  • Proven track record of creating immaculate original copy that stands out in B2B environments
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Self-motivated proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of how to interpret briefs and translate them into effective content solutions
  • Experience in developing and maintaining consistent tone of voice across various channels
  • Strong research skills with ability to understand target audiences and competitive landscapes
  • Experience working closely with creative teams including designers and motion graphics specialists
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to pitch ideas and explain creative reasoning
  • Experience in client-facing environments with ability to source product information and build relationships
