In this role youll provide essential service in the laboratory setting performing a wide range of analyses and contributing to the continuum of care. Core responsibilities include processing specimens operating and maintaining automated analyzers and conducting quality control and assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reproducibility. Youll participate in calibration troubleshooting and instrument maintenance while adhering to strict safety regulatory and quality standards. Youll interpret and document results in the laboratory information system communicate critical findings to clinicians when appropriate and collaborate with pathologists technologists and nurses to ensure prompt precise reporting.
